Lifetime warranty for brake & clutch lever and rearsets
In addition to the statutory 24-month warranty, MG Biketec GmbH also warrants its aftermarket product line called “MG Biketec”, to the original purchaser on our records and for the original motorcycle for which the product was purchased and installed against defects in materials and workmanship for a lifetime with the following exceptions.
This lifetime warranty does not include blemishes or discoloration of the anodizing appearance or any other coating used by MG Biketec due to weather, road conditions or hazards, lack of maintenance or extremes of hot or cold climates. MG Biketec does offer a 2 year factory-backed warranty against possible discoloring of anodized & other coated MG Biketec parts.
This warranty shall apply only if MG Biketec examination of the returned product discloses a manufacturing or material defect. MG Biketec sole obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement from the current product range at MG Biketec discretion.
In no event shall MG Biketec GmbH or any MG Biketec dealer or distributor be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise.
If you have any problems with a MG Biketec product, involving either installation or function, please immediately call the company you bought it from. MG Biketec dealers and distributors will take all necessary steps to ensure you are satisfied.
If you must return part or all of your purchase to your retailer, contact first. If for any reason your retailer must return part of your purchase to MG Biketec, we will need information, including the invoice number, to speed up shipment and processing.
When returning your purchase directly to MG Biketec, include an invoice copy, along with your name, address, postal code, telephone number and description of the problem. Return the product to MG Biketec, freight charges pre-paid. Pack carefully as we cannot accept product damaged in shipment.
This warranty does not include the cost of removal or reinstallation of the MG Biketec product, and does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication.
This warranty is valid for MG Biketec street-legal products only and does not apply to any racing products or street products used for racing purposes.
Any modification to the product or its intended use voids the warranty.
No person or representative is authorized to extend any warranties on behalf of MG Biketec other than the warranty expressed herein.
This lifetime warranty replaces all previous warranties apart from statutory 24-month warranty and does not include non- “MG Biketec” aftermarket products which are manufactured for third parties by MG Biketec GmbH.
