How does the complaints process work?

If you have a problem with a component, we will of course be happy to help you.

For this we need the following:

1. Fill out the warranty claim form below and send it per Email to office@mg-biketec.com

MG_Biketec_Reklamationsformular

2. Add a few pictures or a short video of the component itself in the same Email.

Using the form and pictures/video, we will get a first impression and be able to find a solution for you as soon as possible.
